1. How do I choose my shoe size?
Measure your foot length and width and compare them with our size guide. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, visit Revic in Kwun Tong or Sheung Wan for help with measuring and trying on shoes.
2. What leather does Revic use?
Our leather shoes mainly use genuine cowhide. Leather is breathable and develops character with wear, but regular care matters in Hong Kong’s humid climate. Use shoe trees and suitable leather care products, and avoid damp storage and direct heat. Refer to each product page for its materials.
3. Can I try the shoes in a store?
Yes. Visit our Kwun Tong or Sheung Wan store to compare Oxford, Derby, loafer and elevator styles and find your fit. See our store information.
4. How long does delivery take and what does shipping cost?
In-stock orders generally dispatch within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. SF Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days. Hong Kong orders of HK$500 or more qualify for free shipping. For pre-orders, refer to the product page. See our shipping policy.
5. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayMe and FPS. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
6. What if my shoes do not fit?
Contact info@revichk.com within 7 days of purchase or receipt to request an exchange. Keep your receipt, tags and original packaging. Customers cover return and replacement shipping for personal reasons such as sizing; Revic covers shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items. Requests are subject to confirmation. 7. How should I care for my shoes?
Use cleaners and conditioners suitable for the shoe’s material. Avoid moisture and extreme heat, allow shoes to air after wear, and use shoe trees to help retain their shape.
8. Will leather shoes develop creases?
Leather naturally develops creases with wear. Regular care, including shoe trees and appropriate cleaning, helps maintain the shape and appearance of your shoes.

10. What are the soles made from?
Our soles mainly use rubber or composite materials selected for grip and durability. Refer to the individual product page for the construction and materials of each style.
