Our shoes are primarily made from premium genuine cowhide. This leather undergoes meticulous processing to ensure that the shoes are not only elegant in appearance but also durable, breathable, and comfortable.
3. Can I try them on in a physical store?
Of course! You are welcome to visit our store anytime to try on our leather shoes. Please check the store address page for the exact address.
4. How long will it take to receive the goods after placing an order? How is the shipping cost calculated?
We typically ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Orders within Hong Kong usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment. Orders over HK$500 qualify for free shipping; otherwise, a shipping fee of HK$36 will be charged per pair of shoes (HK$72 for two pairs, and so on).

6. If the leather shoes I receive don't fit, can I return or exchange them?
Yes. We offer a 7-day unconditional return and exchange policy. As long as the item remains in brand new condition and retains its original packaging and accessories, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
