2. What kind of leather are REVIC shoes made of?
Our leather shoes are primarily crafted from high-quality genuine cowhide. This leather is meticulously treated to ensure the shoes are not only elegant in appearance but also durable, breathable, and comfortable.
High-quality genuine leather shoes are breathable, durable, and develop a natural patina over time. However, they also require proper care to extend their lifespan. Given Hong Kong's humid and hot climate, we recommend using shoe trees after wearing to maintain their shape, and regularly cleaning and conditioning them with specialized leather cleaners and conditioners. Avoid storing them in damp or high-temperature environments to preserve the shoes' appearance and structural integrity.

Absolutely!
As there are many types of leather shoes, including Oxfords, Derbys, Loafers, and elevator shoes, different styles have varying requirements for instep height and width. Revic has two stores, in Kwun Tong and Sheung Wan, where customers can try on various styles. 4. How long will it take to receive the goods after placing an order? How is the shipping cost calculated?
We typically ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Orders within Hong Kong usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment. Orders over HK$500 qualify for free shipping; otherwise, a shipping fee of HK$36 will be charged per pair of shoes (HK$72 for two pairs, and so on).
5. What payment methods does REVIC accept?

6. If the leather shoes I receive don't fit, can I return or exchange them?
Yes. We offer a 7-day unconditional return and exchange policy. As long as the item remains in brand new condition and retains its original packaging and accessories, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
