Do I need an appointment?

Both stores welcome walk-ins for shoe fittings during opening hours. You can contact us on WhatsApp first to ask about shoes or your visit. For the custom insole service at Kwun Tong, contact our staff to confirm an appointment date and time.

Will both stores have my style and size?

Stock varies by store and changes as items sell. Before visiting, send us the product link or style number, colour and size so we can check availability at your preferred store.

What should I bring?

Bring the socks you normally wear with leather shoes and any insoles you use. Grooms can bring suit colour references or outfit photos to help compare styles.
