FIT STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING

Understand your feet first
Then choose the right insoles

Everyone has different arch types, regular footwear, and activity needs. When choosing insoles, besides size, you also need to consider arch profile, shoe interior space, and intended use.

Through instrumental measurement, understand your arch and plantar pressure distribution. Our staff will recommend insoles based on your daily wear or sports needs, then thermoform them to match your arch profile.

Instrument measurement results are for insole matching reference only and are not medical diagnoses.

MEASURE · SELECT · SHAPE · FIT

From measurement to try-on, four steps to customization

01

Foot Measurement

Understand your arch form and plantar pressure distribution as a reference for choosing insoles.

02

Match Wearing Needs

Share your main uses, regular footwear, and wearing experience. Our staff will recommend insoles for daily or sports use.

03

Thermoforming

Insoles are softened by heating, then shaped by our staff to match your arch profile.

04

Try-on After Cooling

After completely cooling, try them on in your shoes to confirm interior space, heel stability, and overall feel.

THREE OPTIONS · YOUR EVERYDAY FIT

Three insole options for different wearing needs

N1, N2 and N3 are HK$880 each, including assessment. Understand the differences in uses, then visit the store for measurement and try-on. Not sure about your arch type? Our staff can help you understand.

  • Existing InsolesIf you are currently using insoles, you can bring them along for our staff's reference.

GOOD TO KNOW

Things you might want to know before your visit

I don't know my arch type, can I still come to learn?

Yes, you don't need to determine your arch type yourself. After measurement at the store, our staff will explain the results and insole options.

How do I choose between daily and sports insoles?

Our staff will consider your activity purposes, regular footwear, and measurement results to recommend suitable options, not solely based on arch type.

Can every pair of shoes accommodate custom insoles?

It depends on the internal space of the shoe, the original insole design, and the thickness of the custom insole. We recommend bringing your actual shoes to the store for confirmation.

How does thermoforming customization work?

After the insoles are softened by heating, our staff will help shape them to match your arch profile; after they cool completely, you can try them on in your shoes.

Is this service available at the Sheung Wan store?

The service is currently only available at the Kwun Tong store. The Sheung Wan store does not offer it at this stage.

Do I need an appointment? What are the fees and time required?
