Exchange Process and Instructions

If you confirm that the item meets the exchange conditions above, please follow these steps to process your exchange:

1. Contact Customer Service to Submit an Application Please contact us at info@revichk.com within 7 days from the date of purchase (or package receipt). Please provide the following information in your message:

• Your order number or name

• Photo of a valid purchase receipt

• The product style and size you wish to exchange for

2. Properly Package the Item After our customer service team initially confirms your exchange request, please package the item properly. Please ensure that the original valid receipt and the complete item (including untrimmed tags, original shoe box, or packaging bag) are included in the package.

3. Mail to the Designated Address Please send the package via logistics to the designated exchange address provided by our customer service team. [If you have a physical store, you can also add: Or bring the item and receipt directly to a Revic physical store for processing.]

💡 Shipping Fee Responsibility

• Exchanges due to personal reasons: If an exchange is requested due to reasons other than product defects, such as incorrect size or personal preference, the round-trip shipping fees for returning and re-sending the item will be borne by the buyer.

• Product defects or incorrect shipment: If we mistakenly sent the wrong item or if the item itself has defects, please contact customer service immediately. We will arrange the exchange for you, and all round-trip shipping fees will be borne by Revic.

4. Inspection and Re-shipment Upon receiving your package, our team will conduct a final inspection of the item's condition. If the item meets the exchange standards, we will ship the new item to you within 5 business days and notify you of the new tracking number. If the item does not meet the exchange standards, we will contact you and return the original item (return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer).
