Shipping and delivery policy
Thank you for choosing Revic. Below are our order processing and delivery arrangements.
1. Order processing
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For pre-orders or custom shoes, check the estimated dispatch date on the product page.
2. Delivery methods and charges

3. Track your parcel
Use your tracking number on the carrier's website or app to check delivery progress. For help, contact info@revichk.com.
4. Delivery areas
We primarily serve Hong Kong and Macau. For other destinations, including Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, contact customer service about international shipping charges and customs arrangements.
5. Please note
Check that your recipient details and address are correct. If incorrect information causes delivery failure, the customer pays any redelivery charges. Extreme weather, including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning, and busy delivery periods may cause delays.
