Revic Exchange Policy and Terms

Thank you for shopping at Revic! To protect your consumer rights, please read and adhere to the following policy if you need to make an exchange:

Basic Exchange Rules

  • Exchanges Only, No Refunds: Currently, our store only offers product exchange services and does not accept refund requests.

  • 7-Day Exchange Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase Required: When processing an exchange, please be sure to present or include the original copy of the valid purchase receipt with the package.

Product Condition Standard To ensure that all customers receive high-quality products, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Apparel Items: Must be in their original, new condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, perfumes, or dirt. All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.

  • Footwear Items: Must be in new, unworn condition. The upper and sole must be clean, free from any scuffs or damage, and must be returned with the complete original shoe box and packaging.

Dispute Resolution

  • If the product condition does not meet the above standards, we will not be able to process an exchange for you. In case of any dispute regarding product condition or exchange eligibility, Revic reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision.
