Choose your size before ordering
Measure both feet and use the longer measurement. Foot width, instep height, the shoe last and sock thickness all affect fit. Do not rely only on adding or subtracting a size from trainers.

Request a size exchange within 7 days; the customer pays exchange shipping. In-store size exchanges are available. Non-defective items cannot be returned or refunded.

Daily Care
After wearing, remove surface dust with a soft brush or dry cloth, loosen the laces and leave the shoes in a ventilated place. If wet, blot gently and allow to dry naturally away from heat or direct sunlight. Use care products labelled for the specific leather finish; test a small hidden area first. Do not use ordinary shoe polish on suede, nubuck or patent leather.
