Revic Shoes Exclusive Package: Terms and Conditions

1. Product Definition and Scope of Application
  • The "any selection" and "value" calculations for this package are based on shoes from the $998 series marked in-store.
  • For styles priced above $998, customers must pay the difference in retail price.
  • Product availability depends on the current stock and sizes at our branches (Kwun Tong Main Store and Sheung Wan Wing On Store).
2. Usage Restrictions for [Daily/Gentleman] Plan
  • The package must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Customers may choose to collect the items immediately or reserve the remaining balance for future collection (requires the original package receipt).
  • The "value" of the package is limited to product redemption only; no change or cash redemption is available.
3. Special Arrangements for [Brothers in Arms] Plan
  • Minimum Order: A minimum order of 5 pairs or more is required to qualify for the $3,498 package price.
  • Groom Free Offer: Defined as "buy 10 get 1 free." For a single order of 10 pairs, the 11th pair is free.
  • Members can choose their own styles (limited to the $998 series) or select a uniform style.
4. Gifts, Returns, Exchanges, and Maintenance
  • Additional Gifts: Gentleman's socks and shoe polish must be collected at the time of purchase and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Promotional packages are non-refundable. Incorrect sizes can be exchanged once within 7 days with the original packaging.
  • Revic's standard after-sales service also applies to package products.
